Extruded heat sink

The aluminum ingot is heated at high temperature and then extruded into aluminum rods, which are then injected into a mold with grooves to make the initial blank of the heat sink, and then processed in the later stages (CNC, trimming, drilling, tapping, polishing, anti-silk, surface treatment, pinning, packaging, etc.).

Advantage:
Aluminum alloy itself is soft and easy to process, low cost, which is widely used in modern heat dissipation in the excellent heat dissipation material, most of the industry use 6063 T5 high-quality aluminum, its purity can reach more than 98%.
